1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

• Single Account: Each Player is permitted to maintain only one account with bw099. Creating multiple accounts (sometimes referred to as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for your personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes, on behalf of third parties, or in any professional or semi-professional capacity.
• Restricted Persons: You must not be an employee, consultant, agent, affiliate, relative of an employee, or otherwise connected to bw099 or any of its business partners, suppliers, or competitors. You must not be a professional gambler or gaming consultant operating on behalf of third parties.

bw099 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed. By registering with bw099, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and truthful, and you agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To create a bw099 account, you must complete the online registration form by providing accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred password. You agree that all information provided is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security, regulatory compliance, and prevention of fraud and money laundering, bw099 implements mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to verify your identity by submitting:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued identification document (KTP/National Identity Card, Passport, or Driver's License) showing your photograph, full name, date of birth, and document number.
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence showing your name and address).
• In some cases, additional documentation such as a selfie photograph holding your identification document or proof of payment method ownership may be requested.

KYC verification typically takes between 1 and 24 hours during business days. 4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party, and you must notify bw099 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. bw099 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features offered by the platform.

4.4 Account Information Updates

You agree to keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, residential address, payment method information, or any other account details change, you must update your account promptly. bw099 is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including missed communications or inability to process withdrawals.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

bw099 accepts deposits via various Indonesian payment methods including major banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Most deposits are processed instantly, though some payment methods may require up to 15 minutes for confirmation.

You agree that all funds deposited into your bw099 account are your own legitimate funds, not derived from illegal activities, and that you have the legal right to deposit and wager these funds. bw099 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably suspect involves money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified via KYC procedures before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests must meet the minimum withdrawal amount as specified for each payment method (typically Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallets).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus must be forfeited or wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawal, unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place at least Rp 1,000,000 in wagers before requesting withdrawal of that deposit.

Standard withdrawal processing time is between 1 and 24 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Requests submitted on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience slightly longer processing times. bw099 reserves the right to conduct additional verification or investigation before processing large withdrawals or in cases where fraud or abuse is suspected. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in your account settings and may vary based on your account status and verification level.

5.3 Fees and Charges

bw099 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet operator) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Any currency conversion fees, international transfer fees, or payment processing fees charged by third parties are your responsibility.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login, deposits, or wagers) for 12 consecutive months, it will be classified as dormant. bw099 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant accounts with remaining balances to cover maintenance costs. Dormant account fees will be deducted from your account balance monthly until the balance reaches zero or account activity resumes. You will be notified via email before any dormant account fees are applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

bw099 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed at the time of the offer and must be read carefully before claiming. General bonus rules include:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, table games contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

Bonus terms and conditions are subject to change at bw099's discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or refuse any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. 7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 General Rules

All games offered on the bw099 platform are subject to specific game rules that are available within each game interface or in the game's information section. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed within the game interface and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail.

7.2 Game Outcomes and RNG

All casino games (slots, table games, video poker, etc.) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Game outcomes are determined at the moment the game round begins and are not influenced by previous results, player actions, or any external factors. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information and represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting markets, odds are determined by bw099 based on market analysis and are subject to change at any time before bet placement is confirmed. Once a bet is placed and confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent odds movements. Settlement of sports bets is based on official results published by the relevant sports governing body. In case of disputes regarding results, bw099's decision based on official sources is final.

7.4 Live Betting

Live betting (in-play betting) allows you to place bets on sporting events while they are in progress. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, there may be delays in odds updates and bet acceptance. bw099 reserves the right to reject or void any bet placed after a significant event has occurred (such as a goal being scored in football) if we determine the bet was placed with knowledge of that event.

7.5 Void Bets and Errors

bw099 reserves the right to void any bet or game round in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, incorrect odds display, fraudulent activity, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. If a bet is voided, your stake will be returned to your account balance. In the event that incorrect odds are displayed due to human error or technical failure, bw099 reserves the right to correct the odds and settle bets at the corrected odds, or void affected bets at our discretion.

7.6 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a game round (due to internet connection issues, device problems, or platform maintenance), any game rounds in progress will typically be completed automatically according to the game's default rules. For most slot games, the spin will complete and results will be recorded. For live dealer games, rounds in progress will be completed according to standard game procedures. Upon reconnecting, you can view the results of any completed rounds in your game history. If a technical error prevents proper game completion, the round will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bw099 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating, or maintaining more than one account. Each Player is limited to a single account.
• Fraudulent Activity: Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, collusion with other players, chip dumping, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, using automated systems or bots, or any other strategy designed to unfairly benefit from promotions.
• Underage Gambling: Gambling while under 21 years of age or allowing minors to access your account.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing robots, bots, spiders, scrapers, or any automated system to access or interact with the platform.
• Hacking or System Manipulation: Attempting to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or game outcomes.
• Chargebacks and Payment Fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on legitimate deposits or using stolen payment methods.
• Circumventing Restrictions: Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Arbitrage Betting: Taking advantage of odds discrepancies between different platforms or exploiting technical errors for guaranteed profit.
• Offensive Behavior: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other players or bw099 staff members.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds (including deposits and winnings), and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. bw099 reserves the right to retain evidence of prohibited activities and share such evidence with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or other gaming operators.

9. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bw099, its operators, employees, directors, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the bw099 platform or services.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Technical failures, system outages, internet connection issues, or any other technical problems beyond our reasonable control.
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content, odds, or game outcomes.
• Any conduct or behavior of third parties on the platform.
• Any decisions made by regulatory authorities, payment processors, or other third-party service providers.

bw099 provides the platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event shall bw099's total aggregate liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount of funds deposited into your account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bw099's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bw099 account at any time by contacting our customer support team and requesting account closure. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to standard withdrawal procedures and wagering requirements). Once your account is closed, any unused bonuses or promotional credits will be forfeited. Account closure is typically processed within 24 hours of your request.

10.2 Suspension or Termination by bw099

bw099 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period and has a zero balance.
• We are required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or request from law enforcement.
• Continuing to provide services to you would expose bw099 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

In the event of account termination for breach of Terms, bw099 may forfeit any remaining balance and refuse to process withdrawal requests. However, if your account is closed for reasons other than fraud or Terms violations (such as voluntary closure or regulatory requirements), any legitimate balance will be returned to you according to standard withdrawal procedures.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our Responsible Gaming commitment, bw099 offers self-exclusion tools that allow you to voluntarily suspend your account for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently). 11. Dispute Resolution

If the issue cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our management team. We commit to reviewing all formal complaints thoroughly and providing a final written response within 30 days.

In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaint procedures, you may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services or mediation. However, both parties must agree to use ADR services, and the decision of the ADR provider shall be binding.

Nothing in this section prevents you from seeking legal remedies through appropriate courts if our internal complaint procedures fail to resolve your dispute satisfactorily.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and standards applicable to offshore gaming operators. The platform operates under international licensing jurisdictions and complies with international standards for player protection, fair gaming, and responsible gambling.

However, you acknowledge that as an Indonesian player, you remain subject to Indonesian laws regarding online gambling.
